EcoVadis, one of the largest global sustainability rating agencies and the only one to assess the quality of a company's sustainable development management systems on a global scale, evaluates companies across dimensions such as environmental practices, labor rights, human rights, business ethics, and supply chain sustainability. Among all evaluated companies, only the top 5% receive this distinction. In this rating, Cablescom scored 74 out of 100, surpassing 97% of participating companies and emerging as a leader in its industry.

In 2023, Cablescom unveiled its carbon reduction plan for 2023-2030. The plan involves implementing environmental projects and promoting the use of sustainable materials to raise environmental awareness. Additionally, Cablescom integrated its carbon footprint into Spain's Ministry of Environment's sustainable development program, aimed at reducing carbon dioxide emissions and resource wastage, earning official recognition. Notably, Cablescom is a member of the "Diversity Charter," committed to fostering inclusivity and diversity, promoting equal opportunities, and preventing discrimination. The number of female employees hired recently doubled, and 67% of new hires come from underprivileged groups.

The EcoVadis Gold rating is a recognition of the company's efforts in sustainable development. Moving forward, Cablescom plans to fully leverage its corporate strengths, continuing to embed the concept of sustainable development deeply, and contribute to the broader societal goals of carbon reduction and sustainable progress.
