At the signing ceremony, Cui Wei, Chairman of Hengtong Optic-Electric, stated that as China enters a new phase under the 15th Five-Year Plan, the country is advancing the development of integrated circuits through full-chain independent controllability and driving breakthroughs in artificial intelligence through the large-scale application of "AI+."
