G.654E Ultra-Low-Loss Optical Fiber Cable

The optical cable features a loose tube stranded construction. Water-blocking yarns are applied around the cushion layer, and water-blocking tape is longitudinally wrapped over the cable core and inner sheath to ensure effective water resistance. The internal fibers are G.654E ultra-low-loss optical fiber, enabling the cable to support ultra-low-loss, large-effective-area long-haul transmission for both submarine and terrestrial applications. The combination of an inner aluminum tape armor, an outer stainless steel tape armor, and an inner and outer extruded double-layer LSZH sheath provides the cable with high tensile strength, crush resistance, bending stiffness, weather resistance, and robust physical protection, as well as excellent flame retardant performance. In addition, customizable color stripes on the outer sheath allow for quick and easy cable identification.
