MultiCom® Bending Insensitive 50/125 Multimode Optical Fiber (OM5) is designed for wavelength division multiplexing at short wavelengths. Unlike conventional OM5 fibers, MultiCom® has higher bandwidth values in the 850 to 950nm wavelength range which makes it a fiber optic solution for 100Gb/s and 400Gb/s multi-wavelength transmission systems.
MultiCom® bending insensitive 550/125 multimode optical fiber meets or surpasses ISO/IEC 11801 OM5 and IEC 60793-2-10 A1-OM5 standards.
