The MPO patch cord features a dual-reinforcement structure with 12/24-fiber MT ferrule alignment, combining bend-insensitive G.657.A2 fibers with Kevlar® tensile yarns. The assembly is jacketed with UL 94V-0 rated PVC (or IEC 60754-1 compliant LSZH compound) through triple-extrusion process for enhanced interfacial bonding.
