The optical cable structure consists of single-mode or multimode fibers enclosed within tightly buffered sleeves featuring high bonding strength. Reinforced with high-strength aramid fiber components, the cable is completed by an outer protective layer of extruded PVC or LSZH sheath. The dual-core figure-8 configuration is formed by integrating two single-core compact fiber optic cables in a parallel-bonded arrangement that creates the distinctive "8" shape cross-section.
