Product Introduction
The cable features a "Figure-8" cross-sectional profile, comprising three distinct components: the main body, the suspension neck, and the reinforcement.
Main Body: The core adopts a central loose tube structure. A straight-aligned loose tube, filled with optical fibers and thixotropic filling compound, serves as the fiber optic core.
Reinforcement Layers:
A fiberglass tape is longitudinally wrapped around the core as a secondary reinforcement.
An outer PE sheath is extruded over the fiberglass tape for mechanical and environmental protection.
Suspension Neck**: A high-strength non-metallic reinforcement rod (FRP, Fiber Reinforced Plastic) is vertically co-laid with the main body. This FRP rod acts as the primary load-bearing component, enabling the cable to be self-supporting for aerial installations.

The optical cable features a figure-8 cross-sectional profile and comprises three distinct components: the main body, messenger section, and reinforcement member.
The cable core in the main body adopts a loose tube stranded structure. Centered around a non-metallic strength member(FRP), multiple PBT tubes are stranded concentrically. Each tube contains optical fibers immersed in gel for protection. The entire core assembly is encapsulated with water-blocking compound and sheathed with an extruded PE (Polyethylene) outer jacket.
Notably, a high-strength steel wire reinforcement member runs vertically parallel to the main body within the messenger section. This dual-component design provides mechanical support for aerial installation, enabling the cable to maintain structural integrity while suspended between poles or towers. The cable employs an all-dielectric construction (fully non-metallic design), providing inherent immunity to power line interference and lightning-induced surges.This dielectric design ensures reliable performance in high-voltage corridors (up to 500kV transmission lines) and lightning-prone environments while maintaining signal integrity through superior EMI resistance.
