GYFJH refers to an outdoor RF remote optical cable for communication purposes, featuring non-metallic strength members, tight-buffered structure, and low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) sheath (commonly 7.0 mm dual-core for base stations). The external aramid filling / reinforcement is its key structural design, in which para-aramid yarn (such as Kevlar) is used as a non-metallic strength member to fill the annular space around the cable core and inside the sheath, instead of a central metallic strength member.
